Shipping Policies


- LO Florist Supplies assures that all items are safely wrapped and prepared for shipping.

- Orders will be labeled using the information given to us by the buyer. LO Florist Supplies is NOT responsible for errors of addresses, names and/or phone numbers on the buyer's part. If there is a necessary need for a change of information it is to be done by the buyer through their chosen shipping company.

- All shipping must be done with the shipping companies authorized through this website.

- Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. Any lost, damaged or broken merchandise is at the risk of the buyer as well as the claim that is to be done with the shipping company. LO Florist Supplies is not responsible for any lost, damaged or broken items. We are responsible of the merchandise until it is handed over to the shipping company for delivery. Keep in mind that shipping quotes may vary after your order is placed. Our calculation system gives the approximate costs; if there is any change in your total LO Florist Supplies will contact you before proceeding with the order.

- Orders will be sent for delivery after we have received confirmation of payment through Pay Pal or the bank. If there is any inconvenience we will reach out the buyer via email.

-Depending on the high traffic of online orders and volume of the recent purchase, some might take 5-7 business days to process.

- LO Florist Supplies, will accept exchanges of any product in the case that we commit an error, without costs so long as the client maintains the condition of said product. Product must not show any sign of use or damage. If an exchange is needed a claim must be sent no later than 3 days after the product was received. To ask for a claim please contact LO Florist Supplies, through the following phone number: (305) 477-0383, where the buyer will receive a claim number. Products that need to be exchanged but do not come with the claim number will not be accepted for exchange.

- Once the product is received we will contact the client about getting their money back or simply having the product exchanged.

- Take into consideration that our vases are made through blown glass so the product may come with micro air bubbles or may vary in size by a very small margin. Many of our vases are also made from recycled glass in order to help the environment and may come with small imperfections. No vase made of recycled glass is perfect.

- Air Bubbles and small size variations are not a reason to ask for an exchange. LO Florist Supplies assures that all recycled glass vases are in their best condition.

- If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase they may return it but are responsible for all shipping costs while also being charged a 20% of the product's cost. Please be advised that if the buyer request "to cancel an order" after being summited and paid, we can process a refund but; all the fees charged by PayPal "must be paid by the buyer".
